I have been dealing with a battery problem. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of bypassing the zone, answering questions and explaining things to me. The technician, Joe, was helpful in demonstrating how I could go through the process on my phone remotely. I am grateful that this is my security company. 

I have worked with other security companies in the past but Atlantic Fire and Security is by far the best SERVICE company I have had. Joe Heggy is the most responsive and has the greatest attitude! I have called him on many occasions (all hours) and he has always picked up and solved my problems whatever it may be. He cares about people he services and his reputation means a lot to him.
